About the Role
We seek a professional who shares our passion for improving the quality of life for those with physical or intellectual disabilities. This role involves providing support to an adult in a surrounding suburb.
Responsibilities:
- Providing support and care to individuals with complex needs
- Assisting with daily living activities, including personal care and household tasks
- Encouraging social participation and community engagement
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications or experience in Individual Support, Disability Support, or Aged Care
- A current resume and professional referees
- An NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (if required)
