Role Overview:

As a Casual Childcare Worker at Goodstart Early Learning, you will be working in a dynamic team environment, supporting the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of education programs that meet the needs of children and families.
  • Engage with children in a positive and respectful manner, promoting their social, emotional, and educational growth.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and staff, adhering to Goodstart's policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, demonstrating a commitment to inclusivity and respect.
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement, contributing to the growth and development of the team.

Requirements:

  • A Certificate III in Children's Services or equivalent qualification.
  • Flexibility to work casual shifts, Monday to Friday, between 7am and 6pm.
