Job Responsibilities
  • Assisting in buy-side and sell-side due diligence processes, focusing on risk assessment and communication.
  • Providing guidance on the duty consequences of mergers, acquisitions, restructures, and divestments.
  • Identifying duty obligations and assisting in preparing submissions for lodgements, applications, rulings, and objections with revenue authorities.
  • Conducting tax research and providing advice on tax planning opportunities to assist clients in managing tax risks.
  • Staying up-to-date with developments in state taxes and other regulatory updates, and actively participating in training.

You will build relationships with clients in various sectors, including infrastructure, property, energy, financial services, and funds, offering valuable advice and assistance with duty and land tax compliance, planning, and disputes resolution.
