English Teacher Position

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced English teacher to join our team at a multi-campus school in Melbourne's Western suburbs.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated knowledge of the relevant curriculum and ability to incorporate literacy and numeracy skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for English classes
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop curriculum and analyze data
  • Participate in professional learning communities to enhance teaching practices

Requirements:

  • A minimum of [X] years of teaching experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor of Education or equivalent qualification
