English Teacher Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced teacher to join our English Faculty. The successful candidate will have the ability to teach VCE English and contribute to the development of a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach VCE English to students in Years 11 and 12
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of curriculum projects
Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor of Education or postgraduate teaching degree
- 10+ years of teaching experience with a minimum of 3 years VCE English experience
- A firm knowledge of the new VCE English curriculum
- Current teacher registration with the relevant governing body
- A sound understanding of Child Safe Standards and commitment to child wellbeing
