At Frontline Recruitment, we're seeking a talented Fashion Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Canberra.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about fashion and retail management. As the ideal candidate, you will have at least 12 months of experience in retail management within the fashion sector, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing high-performing teams.

We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, driven, and able to inspire a strong team culture. You will be responsible for contributing your energy and enthusiasm to a positive team environment, creating inspirational visual merchandising standards, and assisting the Store Manager with training and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Retail management experience of at least 12 months in the fashion sector
