Job Title: Out of School Care Specialist
About the PositionThis role provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing care and support to students in out-of-school hours programs.
Main Responsibilities- Support teachers with educational initiatives by undertaking specific tasks or coordinating the support function.
- Offer technical assistance in areas such as libraries, science, and information technology.
- Supervise students individually or in groups up to 4 in controlled circumstances, while maintaining responsibility for students remains clearly with a teacher.
- Demonstrated ability to perform duties consistent with established guidelines and frameworks.
- Able to work collaboratively with others in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, including high-level oral and written communication.
- Possession of technical knowledge and expertise relevant to the position.
- Capacity to provide advice and support to management and other school staff.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
