
Child and Family Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Child and Family Psychologist to join our team in North-West Tasmania.
This role will provide comprehensive care to children, adolescents, and their families, working alongside Paediatricians, Allied Health professionals, and Nurses. The successful candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for working with children and families.
About the Opportunity
This is a permanent full-time position, working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from October 2025. The successful applicant will be required to meet the essential criteria outlined below.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide high-quality psychological assessments and interventions to children, adolescents, and their families
- To work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- To maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
Selection Criteria
- Tertiary qualification/program of study approved by the Psychology Board of Australia
- Registered with the Psychology Board of Australia
- Working with Children Registration (where applicable)
