Key roles and responsibilities of this position include overseeing the daily operations of an employee dining room, ensuring a clean and inviting environment is maintained. The incumbent will lead a team of F&B Attendants to provide efficient service, adhering to health and safety standards. This is a supervisory role that requires strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and guide a team to deliver high-quality results.

This position involves managing inventory levels, placing orders for supplies, and monitoring stock management to ensure efficient operation. Compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures related to food safety and sanitation is also a key aspect of the job.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in food and beverage supervision, preferably in a high-volume setting. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for leading and motivating a team.
