Key Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for building and stewarding an impressive portfolio of supporters, including high net-worth individuals and senior decision-makers.
  • This involves writing winning proposals to secure funding for AWC's conservation efforts.

You will be supported by our events, data, and communications teams to focus on acquiring, retaining, and growing AWC Major Donors. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires:

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire audiences and negotiate complex partnerships.
  • A strong organisational background, including experience managing complex projects and meeting tight deadlines.
  • A willingness to travel to capital cities and AWC sanctuaries for extended periods to engage with stakeholders and build relationships.
