Job Overview

We're seeking a seasoned Test Strategist to lead our Open Banking programme of work.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Test Strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, drive resource planning, and coordinate the implementation and execution of testing engagements.
  • Mentor and manage a high-performing test team, ensuring consistency and quality of delivery across various testing phases.
  • Promote continuous improvement of testing methodologies, tools, processes, approaches, and techniques.
  • Oversee the management of test team deliverables to meet objectives and align with delivery schedules, quality standards.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Test Lead in complex integration projects within the financial sector.
  • 5+ years' experience in testing within software development projects at Test Analyst and Senior Test Analyst level.
  • Familiarity with Consumer Data Rights Standards and Regulations is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality written documentation.
  • Strong vendor management skills.
