  • Communication: Liaise with the chef on duty and other team members as required.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Commercial Cookery Qualification – Cert III or IV is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in the hotel industry is essential.
  • Skills: Familiarity with Food Safety and WHS legislation, service-oriented with an eye for detail, ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in a dynamic environment.
  • Availability: Availability to work a flexible roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
