About the Role

We are seeking qualified and enthusiastic Educators to join our team as Casual OSHC Educators. As a Randstad Educator, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of children and families in your local area, providing engaging and quality after school care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement quality, engaging, and activity-based programs for children aged 5-12 years.
  • Work closely with other Educators and support staff to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with children, families, and community members.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of programs and services that meet the needs of children and families.
About You
  • You hold a Diploma or Certificate III in early childhood education, Certificate IV in Education Support, Certificate IV in school aged education & care, or Certificate IV in Children's Studies 4-14 years.
  • You are willing to travel to different locations around your area.
  • You have a strong understanding of the My Time Our Place Framework and are able to implement quality programs that meet the needs of children.
  • You are an Australian citizen or have the right to work in Australia.
