About Human Ventures:

As a visionary leader, you will spearhead editorial and content efforts across platforms.

  • Define and execute a cross-platform editorial vision that reflects the company brand and music culture more broadly.
  • Develop content franchises that build loyalty and identity, whether through recurring formats, series, or signature moments.
  • Maintain a pulse on what's moving in the music world (EDM, country, hip hop, pop, indie, and beyond), and infuse that into content creation.

You will oversee a growing team of contributors, creatives, and strategists to develop content that spans short-form, long-form, video, digital, print, social, and live storytelling.

Creative Leadership & Collaboration

Partner with brand teams to create breakthrough branded content that delivers on client goals while maintaining editorial integrity.

Team Development & Management

Recruit, manage, and mentor a diverse team of writers, editors, producers, social strategists, and creative contributors.

Content Production & Distribution

Oversee content production across formats, ensuring high-quality output.

Performance Optimization & Analysis

Use insights, analytics, and trends to inform and refine content strategy for optimal performance.
