About this Opportunity

PACT Group is seeking a highly skilled Divisional Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality strategies and systems to ensure product and process quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Quality Strategies: Define and execute the quality assurance strategy to support the company's objectives and product quality goals.
  • Lead Quality Policy Development: Lead the development of quality policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Quality Assurance and Control: Oversee the evaluation and testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure they meet specified quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the QA team, fostering a culture of quality and accountability.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Liaise with regulatory bodies and manage audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and optimize processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years' experience in quality assurance or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in a food manufacturing or regulated industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)
  • Certifications: Certification in quality management (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Auditor, Certified Quality Engineer) preferred.
