Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cost Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering cost management services to key clients, including pre-contract cost planning, post-contract progress claims, and variation assessments.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost management, with experience in private practice or construction organizations. They will also possess excellent business development skills, particularly in identifying opportunities with existing clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum degree in Construction required.
  • Chartered status with AIQS or RICS or equivalent recognized body preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience in cost management/estimating, preferably in a private practice or construction organization.
  • Business development experience, particularly in identifying opportunities with existing clients.
