**Financial Services Regulatory Expert Role**

Our client is a leading international law firm with a strong reputation for excellence in financial regulation. They are seeking a Senior Financial Lawyer to join their Financial Services Regulatory team.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Advising clients on complex financial regulation matters, including AML/CTF Act, National Consumer Credit Protection Act, and Banking Act;
  • Providing subject matter expertise to litigation and corporate/M&A teams on contentious regulatory/enforcement matters and financial services transactions;

**Requirements**

  • Admitted lawyer with minimum 5-10+ years post-admission experience in anti-money laundering/counter-terrorism finance/financial regulation;
  • Solid knowledge and practical understanding of the Australian AML/CTF regime and other areas of financial regulation;
  • Stand-out analytical, communication, people/relationship, and time management skills;
