Customer Service Representative Job Description

This part-time role is based in our Moonee Ponds Branch and involves working 5 days a week, Monday to Thursday from 9:00am-4:30pm and Friday from 9:00am-5:30pm. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering an amazing experience to customers and an unwavering commitment to quality.

About the Role

The Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for assisting them with their banking needs. This includes identifying suitable products and services, opening accounts, handling unsecured lending and banking transactions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
