Job Title: Sales Trainee

We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Sales Trainee at our Hastings Branch. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, dedicated and passionate about sales.

The successful candidate will have the chance to learn and grow with our company while working alongside experienced parts and sales consultants. The role involves:

  • Assisting in the growth of our Stihl power equipment business by providing administration support of sales and inventory related items.
  • Overseeing branch inventory control for New & Used Whole goods and attachments, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Working closely with the service and parts departments in relation to sales activities, promoting a cohesive team environment.
  • Assisting with yard flow and organisation, maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.
  • Promoting sales to existing clients, fostering strong relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Processing sales paperwork and developing an understanding of our sales process and tools, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess good organisational skills and be able to meet expected deadlines. They should also be able to balance multiple tasks and priorities, build and maintain long term relationships, and provide exceptional customer experiences.
