Property Manager Opportunity

Woods & Co Recruitment is partnering with a leading property specialist to find a skilled Property Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to grow their career in property management.

About the Role:

  • Assist with leasing responsibilities and handle inquiries from prospective tenants
  • Provide knowledge on VCAT and show properties to prospective tenants
  • Prepare new tenants for induction and act as a support network for Property Managers
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants, manage repairs and maintenance, and collect rent and arrears
  • Provide exceptional customer service and conduct condition reports
  • Book inspections and visit properties to assess issues in person

Requirements:

  • Agent's Representative Certificate
  • Current Australian driver's licence
  • Sound knowledge of VCAT
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
  • Very well organised and diligent

About the Company:

Our client is a reputable property specialist with a strong focus on premium and middle markets. They have networks in the retail, commercial, and industrial space and offer a supportive and collaborative work environment.
