
Entrepreneurial Business Developer

This role is ideal for a results-driven individual who excels at building relationships and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities- Make 100+ outbound calls daily to qualified prospects to identify new business opportunities.
- Use a consultative approach to understand clients' challenges and position our value proposition.
- Book 10–15 qualified sales appointments per week for our team of Business Development Managers.
- Manage follow-ups and nurture warm leads from marketing campaigns, events, and referral sources.
- Keep our CRM updated with accurate notes and next steps to ensure seamless communication.
- Report daily and weekly on activity and conversion rates to measure progress.
- Proven experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or business development with a track record of success.
- Strong communication skills – confident, persuasive, and consultative – to build rapport with clients.
- Resilience and tenacity to thrive in a high-energy environment and overcome obstacles.
- Ability to stay organized and hit activity and performance targets while prioritizing multiple tasks.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Exposure to the trade, construction, or professional services sectors to leverage industry knowledge.
