Charter Logistics Specialist

Job Overview:

The Charter Logistics Specialist plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service experience to our clients and suppliers, while ensuring quality charter logistics solutions are delivered promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service / Focus: Provide outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with clients and suppliers.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and build effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.
  • Logistics Quoting: Generate cost-effective charter solutions and quotes.
  • Logistics Operations Management: Manage charter operations from initial enquiry to completion, including planning, execution, and billing.
  • Billing and Reporting: Accurately invoice clients and suppliers, and provide timely reporting on charter operations.
Requirements:
  • Aviation Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the charter aviation industry.
  • Customer Service Performance: High level of customer service performance and experience, with a positive attitude towards serving customers' requirements efficiently and effectively.
  • Creative Problem Solving: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to logistical problems.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Establish, nurture, and manage stakeholder relationships (customers and suppliers) to deliver optimal outcomes for the customer and business.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential for this role.
