About the Role

We are seeking a skilled cook to join our kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation.

Responsibilities
  • Manage your section (larder, grill or pans) to ensure it is stocked, prepped and ready to go.
  • Perform well during busy services, meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
Requirements
  • Hold a minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or 2-4 years' experience in a commercial kitchen.
  • Previous experience in high-volume kitchens, preferably with A la Carte service.
  • Be a hard-working individual with a strong work ethic, looking to propel their career.
  • Ability to work a full-time hospitality roster.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage kitchen sections - pans, grill, larder, and fryer.
