Role Overview

As a key member of the eCommerce editorial team, you will oversee content production processes across the department to ensure efficiency, quality, and strategic alignment.

You will manage day-to-day workflow and deadlines across the editorial team, mentor writers and social producers to develop skills and maintain high content standards, and optimise workflow efficiency and track performance metrics to identify improvements.

Collaborate with the Editor and stakeholders to refine strategies and improve outcomes, monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform content direction, and support the planning and execution of tentpole and seasonal content projects.

Champion brand voice and editorial quality across all content and ensure that all content is accurate, informative, and engaging for our audience.

  • At least 5+ years relevant experience in content creation and management including team leadership
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members
  • Proven experience of off-platform content management, creation, and innovation
