Deputy Editor Role Overview

Our team is responsible for delivering expert-led product recommendations across multiple platforms.

This leadership position plays a critical role in maintaining content quality and workflow efficiency within the editorial team.

  • Manage daily operations, ensuring deadlines are met and editorial standards remain high.
  • Lead writers and social producers to develop skills and maintain high content standards.
Key Responsibilities:

This role involves overseeing content production processes, managing workflow, and mentoring team members.

  • Oversight of content production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and strategic alignment.
  • Management of day-to-day workflow and deadlines across the editorial team.
  • Mentorship of writers and social producers to develop skills and maintain high content standards.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and proven experience in content creation and management including team leadership.

Desirable Skills:
  • At least 5+ years relevant experience in content creation and management including team leadership.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members.
  • Proven experience of off-platform content management, creation and innovation.
About You:

We're looking for a fast-paced, quick thinker who can inspire a team and drive results. The ideal candidate will be comfortable creating video and appearing on-camera where required, and have experience using multiple CMS platforms and creative tools such as Canva and Monday.
