Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Quality Control Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality are met in residential construction projects. Your keen eye for detail and practical mindset will be essential in this position.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include conducting quality audits at construction sites using our Inspection App, identifying areas for improvement, and working with teams to implement corrective actions. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with Australian standards and internal quality metrics.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are also essential. Proficiency in using laptops and phone apps is necessary, as well as flexibility to travel, including occasional overnight stays.
