About the Job:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven professional to lead quality operations, manage a small team, and ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support quality inspectors to deliver best practice outcomes.
  • Oversee product inspections, returns, and vendor communications.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and manage stock movements across warehouses.
  • Monitor departmental costs and drive cost recovery initiatives.
  • Implement and evolve quality assurance practices and systems.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve product outcomes.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A collaborative leadership style and strong problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office skills.
  • Experience in quality, manufacturing, distribution, or team leadership.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics D365 is a plus.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Quality or Inventory Management are highly regarded.
