Quality Assurance Technician

Location: Northgate, QLD

Hours: Full-time, 38 hours/week/

Now, we're looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join our team and support our high standards in a regulated manufacturing environment.

About the Role

As a Quality Assurance Technician, you'll play a key role in supporting our Quality Assurance team through administrative and clerical tasks that ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a career in quality assurance, especially within the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical manufacturing space.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain and update label and packaging material receipt and issue

· Monitor and record environmental conditions (e.g., temperature).

· Assist with trending and tracking of quality metrics (non-conformances, OOS, CAPAs, change controls).

· Coordinate scanning and archiving of batch records.

· Administer stability samples and manage related documentation.

· Support QA documentation activities including filing, data entry, and document control.

· Assist in preparing reports and collating quality data.

About You

· Have strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

· Enjoy working in a structured, fast-paced environment.

· Communicate clearly and work well in a team.

· Are organized and capable of managing multiple tasks independently.

Qualifications & Experience

· Certificate III or IV in Laboratory Technology, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, or related field (or currently studying).

· –2 years' experience in manufacturing, laboratory, or administrative support (QA experience desirable).

· Basic understanding of GMP principles or willingness to undertake training.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

· Strong documentation and time management skills.
