Our team is seeking a passionate and experienced Physiotherapist to join our healthcare services in Goulburn. As a key member of our community and residential aged care teams, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives.

Job Description:

As a Physiotherapist with our organisation, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, personalised care to clients in their homes and aged care facilities. You will support recovery through rehabilitation programs, help older adults maintain independence, and provide private services tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver one-on-one and group exercise programs in residential aged care
  • Support clients in their homes and aged care facilities
  • Provide rehabilitation services through hospital and home-based programs
  • Work collaboratively with other health professionals to achieve optimal outcomes
Requirements:
  • AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist with at least 1 year of experience (community or rehab preferred)
  • Confident working independently and travelling to clients
  • Based in or near Goulburn
  • Driven by a patient-first mindset and a passion for better health outcomes
