They are known for their innovative and high-quality lubricants, including Environmentally Acceptable Lubricants (EALs), which are designed to minimize environmental impact while maintaining superior performance. The company has a strong reputation for reliability and customer service, providing technical support and oil condition monitoring services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert product selection, application knowledge, and technical service to customers.
  • Engage with large clients and key OEM's to develop strong relationships and deliver exceptional results.
  • Offer technical support and troubleshooting, both remotely and on-site, to ensure optimal performance of lubricants and equipment.
  • Conduct site lubrication audits and asset reviews to identify areas for improvement and document findings accordingly.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of products and equipment, providing valuable insights to customers on how our services can add value to their operations.
Requirements
  • A technical background and understanding of lubricants are essential.
  • Demonstrate a commercial acumen and possess exemplary customer service skills.
  • Relationships within the Mining space are advantageous.
  • Understand HSE requirements, contractual obligations, warranties, and service agreements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
