Seeking an experienced early learning professional to refine leadership skills and drive business growth.

You'll play a pivotal role in supporting and developing Teachers and Educators, building strong relationships with children, families, and communities.

  • Implement our bespoke learning program, collaborating with global pedagogical leaders.
  • Build and encourage a talented team, sharing knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice.
  • Work with your team to plan for the centre's future, maintaining a revenue-generating business.

About the Role

This is a key position within our leadership team, requiring exceptional leadership and commercial acumen. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering results-driven outcomes and driving business growth.

Requirements

Achieve Excellence:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
  • Proven experience leading and managing change within education, health, or community services.
  • Experience delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage.
  • Commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
