Requirements:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
  • Experience leading and managing change within education, health, or community services.
  • Experience delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage.
  • Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
