Role: Senior Educator

Location: Halls Head, Western Australia

Centre: Goodstart Halls Head

Employment Type: Full Time / 38hrs per week

Pay: $38.20ph - $39.24ph

Responsibilities

• Take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.
• Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices.
• Commit to safety and inclusivity to ensure that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

You'll Need

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current Western Australia Working with Children Check
