Customer Service Ambassador

The Role:
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by responding promptly, efficiently, and courteously to guest requests.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, following procedures for guest confidentiality and room key issuance.
- Promote hotel facilities and services through strong product knowledge, up-selling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Provide accurate and timely support to guests, addressing their needs and preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, credit, and cash, ensuring compliance with accounting procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, share knowledge, and improve service quality.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, adhering to company values and policies.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest services: Valet parking, assistance with luggage, booking activities.
- Accommodate guest requests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization in the work area.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks, adhering to deadlines.
- Participate in quality control and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hospitality environment, preferably as a Guest Service Agent/Porter/Valet.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and adhere to procedures.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including mornings, nights, and weekends.
- Computer literacy and experience with Opera Cloud PMS is an advantage.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation, with a strong focus on customer service.
