About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to join our team in Oceania. As a key member of our organizational effectiveness team, you will be responsible for evolving and managing the learning and development strategy to empower our customer-facing and full enterprise teams to excel and deliver on business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a culture of lifelong learning and engagement with our digital learning platform.
  • Elevate customer engagement competency through targeted training and coaching initiatives.
  • Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to develop and deliver the learning and development strategy.
  • Conduct organizational learning needs analysis to identify priority skills for capability uplift.
  • Design, facilitate, measure, and continuously improve training initiatives, leveraging global resources.
  • Deliver onboarding for new employees.
  • Co-design and facilitate leadership workshops to hone leader capabilities.
  • Create engaging communication campaigns to share initiatives and information transparently.
  • Coach leaders to build team effectiveness and personal development plans.
  • Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of training initiatives and report quarterly.

About You:

  • At least 10 years of experience in Learning & Development, with experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a high-compliance environment with customer-facing teams.
  • Able to leverage modern adult learning methods to create capability programs that are effective and engaging.
  • A collaborative spirit, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Natural influencer and storyteller, with the ability to inspire and coach people at all levels.
  • Structured approach to project management, problem-solving, and change leadership.
  • Tertiary qualifications in an organizational development, learning, or business discipline.
