Civil Estimator Position

Shadforth is seeking an experienced Civil Estimator to join our team on the Sunshine Coast.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Review tender documentation, scope of works, and contract documentation
  • Preparing estimates for projects across Queensland and Northern NSW
  • Identifying risks, opportunities, and presenting alternate methodologies or solutions
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have experience pricing or delivering civil projects, demonstrating ownership in previous roles, and proficiency with industry-standard software programs. They must be able to articulate construction methods clearly, identify risks and opportunities, and present alternate methodologies or solutions to achieve better project outcomes.

Able to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. The ability to engage confidently with co-workers, management at all levels, clients, and sub-contractors is also required.
