About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Tweed Heads area. As a Community Care Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to our clients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver clinical care to clients in their homes, including assessments, care planning, and implementation
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the unique needs of each client
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families to promote independence and self-management
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care provided

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will require:

  • AHPRA Registration
  • Proven skills in clinical care, clinical decision-making, and palliation
  • First Aid and CPR Certificates
  • Previous experience in Aged Care is desired but not essential
  • Current driver's license and a registered car
