Job Title: Beverage Inventory Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Beverage Inventory Coordinator. This role is based in Sydney and involves working within the group Beverage team for Pacific Concepts & Hunter St. Hospitality.

In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for administration and data entry for beverage stock management, assisting in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on all the moving parts of the business that relate to beverage stock take, documenting relevant procedures and processes, building and maintaining relationships with relevant stakeholders, managing restaurant queries related to stock take and beverage ordering, and supporting venues to ensure accurate stock takes and enter data for record keeping and reporting purposes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administration and data entry for beverage stock management
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on all the moving parts of the business that relate to beverage stock take
  • Documenting relevant procedures and processes
  • Building and maintaining relationships with relevant stakeholders
  • Managing restaurant queries related to stock take and beverage ordering
  • Supporting venues to ensure accurate stock takes and enter data for record keeping and reporting purposes
