Beverage Stock Coordinator

The Beverage Team is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join their team as a Beverage Stock Coordinator.

This role requires a strong ability to receive, store, manage, and maintain beverage stock efficiently and accurately. You will ensure that all bars and service areas are stocked and ready for trade at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the receiving, storage, and distribution of beverages
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stocktakes
  • Ensure all bars and service areas are adequately stocked and visually appealing
  • Communicate effectively with team leaders and managers to achieve smooth operations
  • Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the cellar and storage areas
  • Support the wider team in delivering exceptional customer service to members and guests

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ability to safely lift and move up to 20kg
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
  • Basic computer literacy and MS Office skills
  • Valid RSA certification
  • A strong focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and efficient operations
  • Forklift license or Traffic Controller certification advantageous
  • Previous experience in a similar environment desirable
  • Knowledge of stock control, WHS, and regulatory requirements
