Sales and Membership Representative

We're seeking a Sales and Membership professional to join our team. In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for driving new membership sales through various channels and owning the full sales cycle from first contact to sign-up.

Responsibilities
  • Drive new membership sales through calls, appointments, referrals, outreach, events and creative campaigns
  • Owning the full sales cycle from first contact to sign-up to induction
  • Create a welcoming experience for every prospective member
  • Work towards achieving monthly KPIs
  • Represent the club with pride – in the gym, the community and beyond
Roster and Flexibility

This is a full-time role with a rotating roster across 7 days, between 8am and 8pm, including some weekends and public holidays. Rosters are set in advance so you can plan around your life.

Note: Only candidates eligible to commit to a permanent full-time contract will be considered. Working holiday visas are not supported.

Requirements

We're looking for confident sales professionals who have:

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of hitting targets
  • A people-first approach—you're outgoing, energetic, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A genuine interest in health, fitness or lifestyle
  • Previous membership or fitness sales experience is a bonus but not essential
