Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining and developing business relationships with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Identifying and mitigating insurable risks, designing tailored insurance solutions, and negotiating optimal deals within the global insurance market.
  • Building and maintaining meaningful working relationships with underwriting partners to ensure seamless collaboration and mutual success.
  • Managing multiple priorities, including budgeting, business planning, and debtors, to ensure efficient operations and maximum ROI.
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the Insurance or Financial Services industry, with a track record of success.
  • Organized and efficient mindset, with the ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Client focus and natural communication style, with excellent team player skills.
  • Proven document preparation skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Tier 1 Insurance broking qualification, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and best practices.
  • Good relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing market conditions and regulatory requirements.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
