- Managing multiple priorities, including budgeting, business planning, and debtors, to ensure efficient operations and maximum ROI.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Insurance or Financial Services industry, with a track record of success.
- Organized and efficient mindset, with the ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Client focus and natural communication style, with excellent team player skills.
- Proven document preparation skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Tier 1 Insurance broking qualification, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and best practices.
- Good relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing market conditions and regulatory requirements.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
