About The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team. As the key personnel, you will deliver a banking service, prepare banking for transport, provide essential financial support, and assist with enquiries during busy periods.

  • Deliver a banking service, including reconciliations, receipting, and completion of daily banking summaries.
  • Prepare and transport banking to the branch, ensuring all incoming monies are correctly allocated.
  • Provide financial support including petty cash reimbursements and forwarding transactions to finance.
  • Assist with enquiries and switchboard operations during busy periods.
  • Manage goods receiving, scanning, filing and processing invoices for accounts payable.
About You

Our ideal candidate will have recent experience in a cashier or similar role with strong skills in cash handling, receipting, batching, balancing and banking. They should have organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and work independently.

They must have high-level communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professional customer service across counter and telephone enquiries. Proficiency in data entry, keyboard duties and demonstrated use of systems is also required.
