Job Description

Pivotal Investment Leadership Role:

This pivotal role within the Finance and Investment Operations Group is responsible for effective and efficient management of investment operations to support Rest's investment arrangements.

Key responsibilities include providing strategic leadership, fostering effective operational support for the Investment team, leading business engagement driving change, and aligning Investment Operations with enterprise needs.

The successful candidate will be accountable for proactive trade lifecycle management support across all internally managed listed asset classes, collaborate closely with the Front Office to ensure portfolio performance is calculated accurately and timely, and optimise operational efficiency and capability of investment operations practices and processes.

You are a results-driven professional with a high degree of accuracy and detail orientation. You will lead, develop, and mentor your team while building a quick regard and respect in your decision-making, understanding the value of effective and collaborative internal and external stakeholder management.
