**The Opportunity**:

Fitness Career Consultants play a crucial role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base at our Lutwyche club. They inspire prospective members to begin their wellness journey with us, helping thousands of people become faster, fitter, stronger, and happier versions of themselves.

The role of a Fitness Career Consultant is highly varied, with two clear goals: achieving membership growth through proactive sales activities and retaining existing members through exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively contribute to club sales by utilising sales promotions and referrals campaigns
- Generate high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and new business opportunities
- Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
- Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
- Create positive member journeys via personalised interactions
- Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
- Open and close the club as per the roster
- Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey

**Requirements**:

- Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
- Ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds and help them succeed in their goals
- Problem-solving skills, ability to overcome obstacles
- Outstanding communication abilities - listen, understand, empathise, and influence others
- Tenacity, natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
- Customer-focused, desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes
