We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Support Consultant to join our team in Cleveland.

In this role, you'll play a key part in building and maintaining a thriving membership base by providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products and services through proactive sales activities.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Generating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals campaigns
  • Achieving the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
  • Providing sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Creating great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions
  • Achieving successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Opening and closing the club as per the club roster
  • Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates
  • The ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals
  • Outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathise and influence others
  • Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
  • Customer focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes
