We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Payable Manager to lead our finance operations in Adelaide. This role combines leadership and hands-on support, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of invoices, payments, and expenses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the AP function, promoting accuracy, timeliness, and teamwork.
  • Process and manage invoices, payments, and expenses with precision.
  • Foster strong supplier relationships, resolve queries, and maintain accurate vendor records.
  • Ensure compliance with GST regulations, policies, and internal controls.
  • Support AP reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close tasks.
Requirements
  • Cert IV or higher in Accounting/Finance (desired).
  • 2-5 years' experience in AP management, including supervisory exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of AP processes, GST principles, and accounting systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook.
  • Excellent organisational skills, problem-solving ability, and a proactive attitude.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
