Cafe Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced cafe supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy cafe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage stock, ordering, and staffing with a focus on maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Supervise and train staff members to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness and compliance with Health and Safety requirements at all times.

Essential Requirements:

  • A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to work flexible hours including Saturdays.
  • The ability to motivate a small team and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a cafe supervisor role with a proven track record of success.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Barista experience with a strong understanding of coffee preparation and presentation.
  • Kitchen experience with knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • A Food Safety Supervisor Certificate is highly desirable but not essential.
