Role Description

This is an on-site role for a Retail Sales Manager located in Nowra, NSW. The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing sales staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. Duties include customer interactions and sales, maintaining product displays, handling customer inquiries and concerns, and training new employees in sales techniques and product knowledge.

Qualifications
  • Retail Sales and Sales skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills
  • Prior experience in retail management is preferred
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Passion for jewellery and knowledge of the industry is a plus
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
