Engineering Transformation Leader

As our Engineering Executive Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the overall DevSecOps transformation roadmap, leading engineering delivery teams on automation and transition efforts, and uplifting engineering skills and culture in alignment with our Agile ways of working (PACE) and DevSecOps principles.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute a comprehensive DevSecOps transformation roadmap aligned with the bank's overall technology strategy
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for the transformation initiatives
* Drive cultural change to promote DevSecOps practices and mindset across the organisation
* Lead and mentor engineering teams to implement DevSecOps best practices, tools and automation
* Oversee the transition of existing systems and processes to align with DevSecOps principles
* Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success and progress of the transformation

Requirements:

* A background in software engineering ideally gained in a complex enterprise environment
* Strong leadership qualities and a strategic thinker to deliver on agreed objectives
* Ability to communicate transformation progress, challenges and successes to not only the executive leadership team but to all levels of the organisation
* Strong working relationships with both engineering and security teams
