Memorial Consultant

The Multicultural Unit at InvoCare is seeking a skilled Memorial Consultant to provide exceptional customer service and sales to families in the Chinese community. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for delivering expert advice on our sites, products, and services, while respecting individual family needs and wishes.
Key Responsibilities- Sales of cremation and burial sites, products, and services
- Presentation of product and service options to clients with sensitivity and to achieve sales targets and expectations
- Providing exceptional customer service by responding to general enquiries in the park, such as memorial look-ups, raising work orders for maintenance of sites, and at all levels of contact with external and internal customers
- Effective communication with competency in spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Previous experience managing sales revenue and quota targets
- Strong marketing and networking ability
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to display compassion and empathy
- Fluency in Mandarin and English
- An ability to conduct training sessions for small groups
- Good computer literacy skills
- An appreciation of the sensitive nature of a sales program in the cemetery/crematoria industry
- Ability to remain confidential and discrete
